the pattern itself was designed and retailed by William Adams for use under the Titian Ware name in Tunstall during 1910 – 1920’s

The firm is known to have closed permanently during the 1930’s and used the trade name “Celtic Plate” on their wares while based in London

Some fading of the gold trim on the rim has occurred as well

The items are not marked or stamped. Unfortunately one of the bowls has a minute chip on the inside of the rim and one of the bowls is rough to the touch on the rim, the other four is in perfect condition. Height: 9. 8 cm, Diameter of base: 7. 4 cm, Diameter of rim: 9 cm
