It is commonly referred to as the Arabian star flower and produces large, fragrant, and white flowers (up to 2 inches in diameter) on scapes that can reach 18 24 inches tall. These flowers have star shaped white petals (tepals) with yellow anthers and a central black bead like ovary. The plant also has dark green grass like foliage. Another variety
