YEP Agar Size:500g Suspend 43YEP Medium is based upon YPD but is without dextrose and can be used as a base for making YPD media with an alternate carbon source. To make YEPG Medium add 38 ml glycerol per litre YEP medium. Glycerol is a non fermentable carbon source. Respiratory deficient and pet mutants will not grow on YPEG. Formula g l Yeast extract 10 Peptone 20 Agar 20 Suspend 50 gram powdered medium in 1 litre distilled water Store dry at room temperature.
