Caol Ila 15 Year Old Special Releases 2016 61.5% 70cl Glendronach Bakewell tartsNose: A smooth and gentle nose even at cask strength, Pears and Dates, some citrus and vanilla with a touch of soft sea salt and toffee caramel, some rich coastal notes on the back end of the nose. Nose: Cool and viscous, with a surprisingly mild mouthfeel and at first a sweet, minty salty taste. A warming and enveloping mid palate with a touch of soft tangy citrus, packed with notes of resinous liquorice; clear honey, pine resin, salt and lemon. Mid
