Aged in PX French Oak casks. Nose Luscious campfire smoke and roasted hazelnuts leap out of the glass and give way to more delicate creme brle and toffee notes. Palate Peat smoke, hazelnut and raisins dominate the front palate with Christmas spice that spreads across the middle and sides of the tongue. A complex and balanced palate of flavours and textures that sitsdeepon the palate.
