In need of service and a good clean, I feel nothing you cant do yourself. I would suggest 2 new tyres, they are 20 for a pair,including inner tubes on Amazon and very easy to replace. Has been sitting in our garage for the past 4 years. Time to let it go as we clearly not going to use it. Sold as seen. Collection only.
