Albert Bichot (Long-Depaquit), Chablis Vaudesir Vintage:2022 (90-93)/2024+(from a holding of 2. 6 ha; ~25% new wood; to my knowledge this is the only domaine that uses Les Vaudsirs in the plural). While hardly subtle, the oak regimen is a bit tamer on the pure, cool and elegant nose of ripe and mildly exotic essence of pear, apple, spice and ocean breeze scents. The caressing yet quite intense middleweight flavors possess a lilting mouthfeel before culminating in a strikingly long, firmly but not aggressively dry and
