JJ 12AX7 ECC83 ECC83S Low Noise Vacuum Tube With Box Berman Plays Liszt This lot of four SylvaniaThis low noise JJ 12AX7 ECC83S dual triode was tested on our Paul Hart calibrated TV7 U for shorts, gas and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas and it measured an almost perfectly balanced 48 47 where minimum (65%) is 32 32 and 100% is 49 49. It has excellent silkscreening; excellent flashing and an O getter. Its filaments are spirally wound hence the "S" in "ECC83S" for low noise operation. I am playing it in my Pro Ject Tube Box S phono
