Bryant, Cabernet Sauvignon other_regions Aromas and flavors of candiedThis is densely packed with flavors of dark currant preserves, warmed fig and blackberry reduction, showing notes of smoldering tobacco, chestnut and bay leaf, all backed by a strong cast iron minerality on the finish. Well crafted and built for the cellar, but with an overt, even slightly rugged toasty edge that may be a bit much for the purist crowd. Best from 2023 through 2040.
