Domaine Henry Fuchs - 2024 Riesling AC Crisps These are our favourite ItalianOur traditional Riesling is a varietal wine. The nose is floral with white flowers and white fleshed fruits (peach, apricot, etc.). The attack is lively, the palate is rich and straightforward, with floral aromas. Good length, melted acidity. Best served at 8 10C. This wine pairs well with grilled fish dishes or those with a lemon sauce, blue trout, lime carpaccios and ceviches, and seafood. Henry Fuchs, Winemaker.
